Vet Clinic Group

It all started in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2000 when Kaytlyn Bashon, at a young age started doing some house & pet sitting for her neighbors because of her love for animals. She was so passionate about watching other people’s pet's and making sure that they were well taken care of that se decided to start he own pet sitting business. She wanted pet owners to know that there are some trust worthy, responsible and reliable people in this world that would take great care of their pets while away from home. In the past few years the names have changed from K&A Pet Sitting to TinkaBella Pet Sitting (In Memory of Tinka & Arabella the two dogs that were Gentle Giants) and is now known as Bashon's Pet Sitting. Over the years Kaytlyn has become well known for being a Reliable & Responsible Pet Sitter. All she needed was one person to share her name with neighbors, friends or co-workers and that is how she became well known.
As time went on Kaytlyn attended Central New Mexico Community College in High School and completed The Animal Care & Careers course in March 2008. After graduating High School she originally wanted to continue college for Criminal Justice in hopes of becoming an Animal Cop for the Houston SPCA. As the College kept adding unnecessary classes she soon began to lose interest in even going to school that she eventually took a break. It was a few months later Kaytlyn looked into PIMA Medical Institute to become a Veterinarian Technician. In 2014 Kaytlyn went to PIMA Medical Institute and long behold Graduated September 21st, 2015 with her Veterinary Assistant Certificate. Shortly after Kaytlyn was hired at Animal Humane New Mexico for her Positive & willing to learn attitude. As she continued Pet Sitting for her personal clients, she gained even more experience with animals at the Shelter and put it to use with her clients pets.
In June 2017 she decided it was time to pick up and move to Fort Worth, Texas area in hopes of expanding her personal business. Now that she is in Fort Worth she and her family are ready to open up and start fresh. She wants to show Fort Worth, Texas that there is a potential to grow and expand when fallowing your dreams if you set your mind to it. Kaytlyn's dreams are to continue her own pet sitting business in Memory of her clients dogs Tinka & Arabella. The two Gentle Giants that kept Kaytlyn’s heart open to accepting any pet and showing them a lot of Tender Love & Care while their owner(s) are away from home.
If you need a Reliable and Responsible Pet Sitter. Then look no further because Bashon’s Pet Sitting is responsible and reliable. We do meet and greets. In days, weeks, even months in advance to make sure the owner and the pet(s) are comfortable with us. We have been pet sitting for over Fifteen years now and we love doing it! This business and all its services were created in memory of two Gentle Giants Tinka & Arabella. These two dogs were some real gentle giants that showed a lot of love and affection because they trusted Kaytlyn while their owners were away from home for long periods of time. May they and all the other Fur-Babies rest in peace and never be forgotten!

Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus (DAPPv): Commonly called the “distemper shot,” this combination vaccine actually protects against five diseases: canine distemper, adenovirus, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. It’s given to puppies in a series of three vaccines and then given every year to adult dogs. Along with rabies, DAPPv is considered a set of core vaccines: those universally recommended for dogs no matter what the circumstance.
Bordetella (commonly called “kennel cough”): The bordetella virus causes an extremely contagious upper respiratory infection. Puppies should be given two doses of the Bordetella vaccine, about a month apart. Annual boosters are recommended if your dog regularly interacts with large groups of unknown dogs (boarding facilities, groomers, dog parks, etc.)
Leptospirosis: Dogs can become infected with “Leptospira” bacteria by exposure to contaminated water, exposure to urine from an infected animal, bite wounds, and ingestion of tissues from infected animals. Annual boosters are recommended if your dog has potential to come in contact with any wild animals or unknown bodies of water.
Canine Influenza (CIV): Commonly known as “the canine flu,” canine influenza is easily transmitted between dogs through a combination of aerosols, droplets, and direct contact with respiratory secretions. Annual boosters are recommended if your dog regularly interacts with large groups of unknown dogs (boarding facilities, groomers, dog parks, etc.)
Lyme: Lyme disease is caused by bacteria called “Borrelia burgdorferi” and is spread by ticks. Annual boosters are recommended (ideally before tick season) if your dog is in an area where ticks may be present.
Feline FHCPCh Combination (feline distemper): This vaccine protects against common upper respiratory diseases such as Rhinotracheitis, Calici, Chlamydia, and Panleukopenia, that cats can catch even if they live indoors. It is recommended if your cat is ever boarded, hospitalized, etc. Many veterinarians, boarding and grooming facilities require this vaccination.
Feline Leukemia/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FeLV/FIV) Testing: This testing is recommended for all cats, especially those with unknown histories. This is a blood test that checks for these infectious diseases in the cat’s blood stream. Leukemia and FIV are transmitted through bites, infected body fluids such as saliva, grooming, sexual contact and mother to offspring.

Kaytlyn Bashon
Loves to make animals comfortable & happy while their owner(s) are away. She wants to make sure all animals are being well cared for as if they were her own.
Winifred
There is A LOT to see as a new kitten at the Bashons Pet Sitting house. I got to meet a rabbit, other cats, turtles, fish & even some cat friendly dogs. Although I wasn’t really a fan of them they still tried to be my friend.
I was going out of town to get married and decided to get sitter for our new kitten. While it was hard on mom and dad being away from her, Winifred had so much fun! We loved getting pictures everyday! We will definitely be using Kaytlyn again!! Thank you so much for everything and being so kind to our kitten!
Thank you Tara for trusting me with your lovely baby. She was a joy to have in the house. She defiantly had personality & made me and my husband laugh.
I love my pets but I also love to travel, and also need to travel for business. I can enjoy and concentrate during trips when I know the pets are safe and well cared for. That’s why I’m happy I found Kaytlyn. She is professional, considerate and talented. Highly recommend!
Thank you Becki for your kind words. Your kitties are a joy to watch & we appreciate your trust in Kaytlyn to watch them while you travel.
Kaytlyn & Milo
Milo & Kaytlyn love to watch the cars & kids together in the morning. As their morning routine consist of Kaytlyn walking in the door & Cyanide hollering at Kaytlyn for food. Once Kaytlyn gets her fed She goes to Milo’s room to wake him up & get some kitty affection. Then the two of them walk together to the living room & Milo meows to be picked up to look out the window. Once in Kaytlyn’s arms, Kaytlyn & Milo watch the cars dropping off the kids & the kids as they walk to school. Kaytlyn will point out or say here comes another. Do you see it Milo? As Milo perks his head up to check in which direction she is talking about.
Kaytlyn Pet Sits for us and she goes above and beyond for our baby monster. She is very excited to go there everyday, gets a long walk, play time, and avoids being in the kennel most of the day otherwise. Very good Service!
Thank you Michelle! Every morning, Anastasia waits in the office and checks the window every time she sees or hears someone or something pass by. Anastasia can't wait for her friend to arrive. An Olaf can't wait to play hide and seek and come chase the kitty kitty.

Kaytlyn and her husband were awesome in taking my baby's in and providing a warm and loving home environment while I had to travel. They took lots of time in our initial meet and greet, it was perfect. My pups were happy to return after the meet and greet...They got excited each time I pulled up to their home. After boarding for a week my pups were so happy and content. I cannot say enough good things about these awesome caregivers. They are top notch!
Thank you Rima for your kind words. Your Fur-babies were a joy to have & we appreciate your trust in choosing us to watch them while you traveled. We hope to see you & your Fur-babies again soon!
My wife and I had a last minute invitation to a function out of town, and were unable to take our dogs with us. We don't know anyone in the area that we live, so we began to look for possible boarding shelters and/or pet sitters. We preferred to board them, but were unable to. We are pretty private people, so we were reluctant to allow a pet sitter to come to our home while we were out of town. However, Kaytlyn through her sincere genuine care for animals and her professionalism has changed our view on that matter. Our dogs took to her immediately. She updated us periodically while we were out of town to ease our minds. Her rates are more than fair. If you need pet care, you won't find anyone that has your pet's best interest in mind more than Kaytlyn.
I Want to Give a big thank-you to Josh & Jennifer for being the bashon's pet sitting's first customer in Fort worth, Texas! I greatly appreciate the trust you all had in me while watching your beloved pets.

I met Ms. Bashon in 2012 as she came highly recommended for pet sitting as well as house sitting by a co-worker. We were going out of state and we needed someone extremely trustworthy and responsible to care for our beloved pets as well as our home. My co-worker gave her such a glowing review that I was sure I would be disappointed as I am a skeptic. But, after working with Ms.Bashon, I realized I could not have been more wrong. Ms. Bashon's kind glove treatment of our pets and our home definitely did exceed my expectations. Since then, we have employed her on numerous occasions to care for our pets when we are away. We have even traveled out of the country for several weeks at a time with full confidence that someone extremely reliable is caring for our pets and home. We call her our "Pet Whisperer" because when she is around, our pets are magnetically drawn to her. Her love and connection with animals is visibly noticeable.
My husband & I have known Kaytlyn for several years. In that time we employed her in various capacities. She has organized our personal files for us, run errands, and most importantly she has been our Home & Dog Sitter. She is entirely trustworthy. While we were away she kept the house spotless and took all telephone messages accurately.
Our two dogs mean so very much to us and we are comforted that Kaytlyn took them on daily walks, fed & watered them, cleaned up poop in the yard and nurtured them. One of our dogs was on medications and she competently administered it. The dogs were cared for in the same manner that we care for them.
Kaytlyn has a deep & abiding love of animals with her knowledge and experience. She is very reliable, cheerful, respectful, always on time & always responsive to our needs.

My husband & I have known Kaytlyn Bashon since she was four-teen years old. She has house sit for us, watched over our dogs & other pets. She is an honest, hardworking & reliable young lady. We have complete confidence and trust in her when she is caring for our home or pets. We have also recommended her to our friends, and have heard nothing but great comments in return.
